Third, the installation
 
1. The whole trunk line system is assembled by multi-section busbar slot units (according to the corresponding factory number): after the two busbar slots are plugged and installed, the distance between the ends of the two cover plates is 200mm.
 
2. Insert the two ends of the two busbar slots into each other, insert the insulating bolts, insert the bowl-shaped gaskets, tighten the bolts with a torque wrench, then install the joint cover and tighten the joint bolts. After the tightening inspection, it is required to check with a 0.01mm feeler gauge. It should be inserted.
 
3. The busbars at the end of the busbar are inserted into the start box and the terminal box of the respective factory numbers, and the dust board will be fixed to the upper surface.
 
4. The phase and connectivity test must be performed on the busway system before power-on. Check the grounding resistance and insulation resistance. The insulation must be measured with a 1000V or 500V megohmmeter for its cold insulation resistance, not less than 20MΩ per segment.
 
5. When the indoor feeder busway and the plug-in busway are horizontally oriented, a support can be placed every 1.8m-2.5m according to the current, and a spring support can be placed every 4.88m vertical direction to release the tension. The outdoor busway has a support every 1.5m, and the horizontal and vertical are the same.
 
6. Busbar slot power transmission: After the busbar slot is installed, the phase should be checked to ensure that it is correct. In the TN-S system, the PE line and the N line are strictly prohibited from being connected incorrectly. When the busway is powered, all bus feeders without load should be in the “breaking” state. After receiving the power, each splitter box must be measured to ensure that the input voltage is normal and stable, and there is no phase loss.
