1. Uses: Cable trays are suitable for power cables with voltages up to 10 kV and for laying indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnels such as control cables and lighting wiring.
 
2. Advantages: The bridge has all kinds of varieties, wide application, high strength, light structure, low cost, simple construction, flexible wiring, installation standard, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance and repair.
 
3. The surface of the bridge should be plated and coated according to the requirements of the working environment. The thickness and adhesion of various protective layers should meet the requirements of Table 3.
 
1) Thickness The main body of the hot-dip galvanized bridge is 1.5~3mm thick, the minimum average thickness is ≥65am, the minimum partial thickness is 65am >3mm, and the thickness is 60am.
 
Testing standard: GB/T13912-92
 
Detection method: detection by magnetic thickness gauge.
 
2) Electrogalvanized or zinc-nickel alloy

3) Spray or spray paint

4. Gloss
 
The surface gloss of the protective treatment shall not be less than 60%.
 
Detection method: according to GB1743, oil film gloss measurement method, using the gloss meter to measure the digital direct display.
 
5. Salt spray resistance
 
The surface protective layer shall have a grade 3 salt spray resistance as specified in Table 4.
 
6. Manufacturing accuracy
 
1) Length limit deviation of the bridge
 
When the length is less than or equal to 2 meters, the limit deviation is ±2mm. When the length is greater than 2mm, the limit deviation is ±4mm.
 
2) Bridge width limit deviation
 
When the width is greater than 400mm, the limit deviation is ±4mm, and when the width is less than or equal to 400mm, the limit deviation is ±3mm
 
Description: The cover plate takes a positive deviation, and the groove bottom width takes a negative deviation.
 
3) Bridge surface flatness tolerance
 
Hot-dip galvanizing protection treatment flatness tolerance is not more than 8mm per meter
 
Galvanized and sprayed, the flatness tolerance of protective treatment is not more than 4mm per meter
 
4) The vertical height tolerance of the arm in the free state is up to 1/100
 
5) Other dimensional tolerances are in accordance with GB1804-V (the thickest grade in the standard)
 
7. The grounding spray bridge should have good grounding. When the bridge is connected by the connecting plate, the connection resistance between any unpainted point and the grounding terminal is not more than 0.1 ohm.
