The electrical control cabinet of the electric wind filming machine controls the main motor, the feed motor and the electromagnetic clutch to act through the breaking of the relay to complete the predetermined function. The electric winder and the manual winder have the same components except for the power part and the feed mechanism.
 
The experimental trial production of the winder shows that it can process copper or aluminum conductive busbars with a width of 16-250mm and can effectively improve labor productivity. Taking the processing of a 3 m long busbar as an example, the original manual winding required 2 min/root can now be increased to 0.5 min/root. In addition, because the quality of the busbar processing machine is stable, it has better insulation strength than the manual processing busbar, thus ensuring the quality requirements of the busway. If the film wrapping machine is used in mass production, it will greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, change the production appearance of the workshop, and create conditions for mechanization of the busbar production process.
